In 2024, the Auroca Association officially established itself in Zug, Switzerland, known as the "Crypto Valley" for its prominence in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. With a core focus on safeguarding purchasing power over time, the Association prioritized principles of transparency, trust, decentralization, and regulatory compliance.

Recognizing the importance of the Crypto Community support, Auroca Association concluded that a DAO will offer the optimal structure to explore, identify, and govern such tokens. 

In pursuit of the Auroca vision, it sought advice from law firms in Switzerland, the UK, and across Europe which recommended implementing a Progressive Decentralization model to ensure effective governance and functionality.
